Most DOLMAR petrol chain saws, from models 109 to PS-7900, have an “intelligent” oil pump. It switches off the supply of oil in idle mode and only supplies oil when the chain saw is running. This saves oil and ensures that the chain saw can be used in a way that is as ecological as possible. The amount of oil supplied can be precisely metered depending on the length of the bar that is used.
